๐ Hi Bearblog! I ready for the full switch
I'll move all my blogs here, it's a huge community, and I'm so tired of having to manually build a blog and publish it from VSCode and Terminal. I want to be able to blog anywhere, anytime.
New design
My previous weblog has a turquoise character, and lighter CSS code. On this website, the background is completely white and solid black depending on the device theme. The font uses Arial and is slightly larger, the technique uses clamp(). The design itself is inspired by Bearming and Eleventy Excellent.
Built to last forever
That's the best slogan for open source software I've ever heard, especially since many people really rely on Bear Blog. There's no reason to hate it, privacy friendly, no ads, custom CSS and RSS! And also the HTML layout is very easy to choose and style.
Just a week after using my own SSG...
I know how quickly I change my mind, on February 27th I used Astro Paper, March 4th I used my own SSG, and this February 11th I used Bearblog. But I never looked for anyone to read my posts, it was like silence.
Media hosting
I use Cloudinary to manage my media, including the logo in the top header. To learn more, check out this blog.
Difference
I used to use the alias /posts/ for each of my blogs, but now they are all in the root, which I think is more concise and beautiful. I'm ok with this.
